LICENSED JOURNEYMAN/WOMAN PLUMBER 

Currently seeking a Licensed Plumber to add to our ambitious and growing team. In addition to field work, this role would include shared responsibility for training and mentoring of junior plumbers/helpers and estimating/job planning.  The ideal candidate will want to participate as a part of a team in a customer satisfaction focused service business. 2nd Year+ APPRENTICE PLUMBER

We have opened ONE Plumbing Apprenticeship position. This role could be for you, if: 🟩 You’re already registered with Skilled Trades Ontario 🟩 You have 2+ years of hands-on plumbing experience 🟩 You want to actually learn the trade —not just be a tool carrier forever 🟩 You show up, do the work, and take pride in doing it right REQUIREMENTS (The Non‑Negotiables): ✅ Registered Plumbing Apprentice (Skilled Trades Ontario) ✅ Minimum 2 years in the plumbing trade ✅ Valid Class G Driver’s License ✅ Reliable, professional, and not afraid of real work WHY APPLY? OPERATIONS COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER  (Future Vacanacy)

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator / Dispatch Superstar—someone who thrives on structure, protects the schedule like it’s sacred, and keeps both customers and technicians moving forward calmly and professionally. This is not a passive admin role. You are the hub of the operation. If you love juggling priorities, solving problems, and being the person everyone relies on—keep reading. This is not a new role - it is being posted to fill a future planned departure. The start date will be negotiable. July 1 or sooner. What You’ll Be Responsible For (This role blends dispatching, operations coordination, and customer service) Dispatch & Scheduling Build, protect, and manage the daily service schedule Confirm appointments, prevent double-booking, and ensure job readiness Triage urgent calls and escalate exceptions appropriately Ensure technicians have complete job details (access, parts, safety notes) Customer Service Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently Set clear expectations with customers (arrival windows, access requirements, scope clarity) Handle reschedules, follow-ups, and service issues with empathy and firmness Be the calm voice customers trust when things change Operations & Field Support Act as the primary point of contact between office and field technicians Track missed appointments, delays, and operational exceptions Ensure “Customer Not Present” protocols and job notes are properly followed Prepare and submit End-of-Day (EOD) reports Administrative & Coordination Duties Work order data entry, photo verification, and follow-ups Inbox monitoring and task tracking Light coordination with accounts, purchasing, fleet, and payroll processes Maintain organized digital records and operational checklists You’re a Great Fit If You: Are highly organized and detail-obsessed (in a good way) Can juggle multiple priorities without losing the thread Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally—especially under pressure Are comfortable holding boundaries with customers and technicians See problems coming and act before they become fires Are tech-comfortable (dispatch software, email, spreadsheets, work orders) Take ownership—this matters to you Experience We’re Looking For Dispatching, operations coordination, or service-industry office experience (preferred) Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Trades, construction, or field-service background is a strong asset Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay composed when the phone is ringing and plans are changing What You Can Expect From Us A stable, growing local company with clear expectations Training, systems, and SOPs to support your success A role where your impact is seen every single day Competitive pay (based on experience) A respectful, no-drama workplace that values accountability and teamwork Important to Know This role is mission-critical.
