Senior Plumber - Lead Hand

Looking to bring a senior plumber onto our ambitious and growing team. In addition to some field work, this role would include shared responsibility for training and mentoring of junior plumbers/helpers and estimating/job planning.

 

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter that wants to participate in a customer satisfaction focused service business.

 

What you offer:

• Licensed plumber in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario and 7+ years of plumbing experience

• Drivers license 

• Satisfactory criminal background check

• Experience leading and mentoring junior staff

   

Additional licenses/skills/experience that would be an asset:

• Cross-Connection Control/Backflow License

• Class D, DZ, AZ restricted Drivers License

• Well technician (Class 4, 2 or 3)

• Gas technician

• Heavy equipment experience

• Strong computer skills

• Strong and effective communication skills
