We are now accepting requests to get on the list for the 2025 cottage CLOSING season.

Our final day for cottage Closing this year is Friday, October 31, 2025

Our tentative schedule is as follows:

Week 1 - Oct 20-24

Week 2 - Oct 27-31

Requests outside of these dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as there are many factors to consider such as weather forecast, availability of a heat source, etc.

IMPORTANT:

For cottage openings it is not necessary to have anyone present however, it is strongly recommended that someone plan on attending the property within a few days of opening - as any leaks that may have developed over the winter could take time to appear.

We will want a decision maker to be available by phone that day so that the technician can call for help if needed.
