We are now accepting requests to get on the Cottage Opening List for the 2026 cottage season.

Our first day opening cottages this year will be May 4th.

Our tentative schedule is as follows:

Week 1 - May 4-8

Week 2 - May 11-15

Requests outside of these dates will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as there are many factors to consider such as weather forecast, availability of a heat source, type of cottage, etc.

IMPORTANT:

For cottage openings it is not necessary to have anyone present however, it is strongly recommended that someone plan on attending the property within a few days of opening - as any leaks that may have developed over the winter could take time to appear.

We will want a decision maker to be available by phone that day so that the technician can call for help if needed.
